5. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users aged 13 or older. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14, and Google Sign-In itself blocks accounts of users under 13, which provides an effective access barrier. If the Company becomes aware that personal information of a user under 14 has been collected, the relevant account and associated data will be deleted without delay. The Service is not directed to children and is not enrolled in Google Play Families or the Apple Kids Category.

Transfers occur over the network. If a user objects to such transfers, use of the Service may be restricted.
8. Rights of Data Subjects
Users may at any time request to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information. Requests may be submitted to kf5720@gmail.com, and the Company will respond without delay (within 10 days of receipt). If the request cannot be processed within this period due to unavoidable reasons, the Company will inform the user of the reason and the expected schedule. When an account deletion request is processed, the user's account identifier and any save data stored in the cloud will be deleted together.
9. Advertising Identifiers and Personalized Ads
The Service displays rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID) may be used for ad delivery, and the Company obtains prior consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow. Users can limit ad tracking by the following methods.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID"
If a user does not consent to tracking, ads will still be shown, but only non-personalized ads will be served.
10. Information Collected Automatically
The Service automatically collects and stores the following information on the user's device.
- Local save data: stored on the device through Capacitor Preferences. Selected items may be encrypted with AES-GCM.
- Analytics events: automatic events collected by Firebase Analytics (app open, screen views, session duration, and similar).
- Diagnostic information: device model, OS version, app version, language setting, and stack traces in the event of a crash.
Users may limit ad tracking through OS settings or remove locally stored data by uninstalling the app.
11. Destruction of Personal Information
When the retention period has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved, the Company destroys personal information without delay. Electronic files are deleted in a manner that prevents recovery, and the Company requests deletion of data held by processors. Information that must be retained under applicable laws (for example, payment records) is stored separately during the period required by such laws and then destroyed.

- Encryption at rest: sensitive items in local save data may be encrypted with AES-GCM.
